Run your cricket league ball by ball
Limited-overs cricket the way it is actually scored — runs off the bat, every kind of extra, wickets and dot balls, the required rate in a chase, and a run rate that ticks every delivery. BallOBall schedules the fixtures, hands the scorer a tablet, and builds a full scorecard live while the over is still being bowled.

One engine, tuned to Cricket
The whole platform re-skins to Cricket — labels, scoring, period structure, and brand accent all follow the sport.
- 01
Ball-by-ball scoring
One tap per delivery — 1, 2, 3, four, six, a wide, a no-ball, a bye, a leg-bye, a wicket, or a dot. The total, the over count, and the run rate move with every ball, so the scorecard is live, not reconstructed after the innings.
- 02
Run rate & required rate
Current run rate updates ball by ball; in the chase, the target, the runs still needed, the balls remaining, and the required rate are right there on the console — so the equation is never a guess in the last over.
- 03
Extras, scored correctly
Wides, no-balls, byes, and leg-byes each add a run to the total and credit the right column — the batter, the bowler, or extras — so the scorecard reconciles exactly, the way a proper book does.
- 04
A table with run difference
Played, Won, Lost, Tied, Runs For, Runs Against, and Run Difference, sorted by win percentage — the run-based standings a cricket league needs, with ties handled as a first-class result, not an afterthought.
A Cricket console & table — not a spreadsheet
The scorekeeper buttons and the standings columns below are exactly what Cricket gets — generated from the sport engine, not a generic grid.

The full Cricket operation
From the first fixture to the broadcast scorebug — every surface your Cricket league runs on, built in.
Fixtures & groups
Round-robin leagues, a one-day tournament block, or group stage into knockouts with the Tournaments module. Conflict detection warns when a side or a ground is double-booked across the season; you assign the grounds and the start times.
Tablet scorer
A delivery-first console: runs off the bat, every extra, wickets, and dot balls as big touch targets. Undo any ball, offline-tolerant at the ground, and every delivery is pushed to the scorebug.
Broadcast scorebug
A cricket scorebug with the score, wickets, overs, and run rate, plus lower thirds for the batter and bowler. One browser source into OBS, driven by the scorer — no separate graphics operator.
Club fan pages
Every club can publish a branded public page with the live scorecard, the ball-by-ball feed, the table, and run-and-wicket leaderboards. No login — supporters just follow the match.
What Cricket leagues get
- 20 overs
Six legal balls make an over
Set the innings at twenty overs — the default — or anywhere up to fifty, and the over at six balls: a wide or a no-ball adds its run without counting as one of them, so an over ends only once six legal balls have been bowled. No side can call a timeout; drinks and innings breaks come from the playing conditions instead. Scores level at the end go to a super over.
- Ball-by-ball
A scorecard that builds itself
Runs, wickets, fours, and sixes accumulate delivery by delivery, so the full scorecard is final the instant the last ball is bowled — no end-of-innings catch-up.

Paper scorebooks at the ground
Replace the scorebook, the manual run-rate maths, and the post-match results text with one tablet that scores every ball, tracks the rate, and runs the stream at once.
