Sets, games, and points — scored to the rulebook

Run your tennis club like a tour event

From a Saturday club round-robin to a seeded knockout draw, BallOBall handles the whole event — singles and doubles brackets, live set-by-game-by-point scoring with tiebreak logic, aces and double-fault tracking, a match-win table that ranks on set difference, and a broadcast-grade fan page. Hand a tablet to the umpire and let the match run from first serve to championship point.

One engine, tuned to Tennis

The whole platform re-skins to Tennis — labels, scoring, period structure, and brand accent all follow the sport.

  1. 01

    Set, game & point scoring

Score the way tennis is actually played — points build games, games build sets, and only the set won moves the match scoreline. The scoreboard tracks the live game score and set tally together, so 40-AD in the third reads exactly right.

  2. 02

    Aces & double faults logged

Tap an ace, a double fault, a winner, or an unforced error and the serve and rally stats build themselves. First-serve weapons and the errors that hand away break points both land on the box score, live.

  3. 03

    Draws & tiebreaks, handled

Seeded single- or double-elimination draws with the Tournaments module — cross-seeded so the top two can only meet in the final — and in-set tiebreak logic that flips to first-to-seven when a set reaches six-all. No manual bracket math, no guessing the changeover.

  4. 04

A ladder built for the sport

Played, Matches Won, Lost, Win%, Sets For, Sets Against, and Set Difference — ranked on match Win% with set difference as the tiebreaker. The racquet ladder, not a goals-and-draws grid.

It really speaks the sport

A Tennis console & table — not a spreadsheet

The scorekeeper buttons and the standings columns below are exactly what Tennis gets — generated from the sport engine, not a generic grid.

The full Tennis operation

From the first fixture to the broadcast scorebug — every surface your Tennis league runs on, built in.

  • Draws & scheduling

Round-robin groups, or seeded knockout draws with the Tournaments module — singles and doubles. Conflict detection warns when a player or the club is double-booked; you assign the courts and the time windows, and a knockout draw fills a full 8-, 16-, or 32-player field.

  • Tablet-first scorekeeper

Big touch targets for every tennis event — point, game won, set won, ace, double fault, winner, unforced error, and break point. Offline-tolerant, undo any point, and every point is pushed to the court-side scorebug.

  • Broadcast scorebug & overlays

A tennis-themed scorebug with the live game score and set boxes, lower thirds for the server, and a changeover card — one browser source into OBS. The umpire drives the graphics from the chair.

  • Player & club fan pages

Every club can publish a branded public page with live scores, the point-by-point feed, the draw, and aces and winners leaderboards. No login — fans just follow the match.

Why operators switch

What Tennis leagues get

  • Best-of-3 sets

Only the set moves the match

A point wins nothing by itself — 15–30–40 builds a game, games build the set, and the match is counted in sets alone. Deuce and advantage play out inside the game, or a single deciding point if the league scores No-Ad, so a 7–5 grind and a 6–0 bagel are worth exactly one set each. Best of three sets, or five, straight from the league rules.

  • Auto

    Tiebreaks that flip themselves

At six-all the scoring switches to a first-to-seven tiebreak on its own, and the set closes the instant it is won. No manual override, no miscounted changeover.

  • SD-correct

    Ladders that tiebreak right

Match Win%, then set difference, then sets for — applied in the right order, so the seeding for next round matches the rulebook every time.
