These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BallOBall platform, websites, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third‑party right;
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (rosters, schedules, scores, media, and league data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to upload personal data of players, parents, officials, or staff.
4. Subscriptions, fees & trials
Paid plans, match credits, and add‑ons are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact page.
